Shiloh is a place where you can find what you are looking for in therapy, no matter where you are in life. Shiloh was created by Clay Brigance, a doctoral-level counselor with a passion to join you in your journey for personal and relational wholeness. Our clinicians are currently taking clients and are available to see you, online or in-person.

    Our therapists have extensive experience counseling adults, kids, pre-teens, and teens for a wide range of therapeutic needs. We welcome clients who might be struggling with:

    Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Perfectionism, Trauma/Complex Trauma, OCD, Anger Issues, Testing Anxiety, Social/Relationship Issues, Parenthood Difficulties, Post-Partum Mood Issues (men and women), as well as Infertility and Reproductive Loss.

  • Psychological and Psychoeducational Assessment

    Let Clay help in your journey to find answers for your child. With Clay’s extensive knowledge of both assessment and IEP processes in schools, Clay can partner with you towards helping your child in their life journey.

    Clay also does evaluations for adults regarding possible Autism diagnoses, ADHD, mood disorders, depression, and anxiety. If you are looking for answers for yourself, let Clay help with a comprehension evaluation.

  • Couple Therapy

    Our founder, Dr. Clay Brigance, has quickly become a leading researcher in the field of couple therapy. Clay utilizes Gottman Method Couple Therapy (GMCT), a rigorously research-based modality to help make couples last. Clay has assembled a team of like-minded couple therapists who are highly trained. We in seeing couples struggling with infertility and reproductive grief, though he is also able to work with couples struggling with addiction, infidelity, communication issues, and pre-marital counseling.
